ECPYouth General Assembly
At the General Assembly we will discuss practical as well as political issues. There will be a presentation and discussion about the finances of 2017 and the budget for 2018. Also we will speak about a White Paper on Combatting Human Trafficking presented the Working Group Politics. Member Organisations and Individual Members have the chance to present resolutions on any political issue. Furthermore there will be a vote on the Selection Commission for new Board Members, to be elected at the International Summer School 2018 in Wroclaw.

Participants from abroad will be hosted in the Hampshire Hotel – Babylon The Hague, which is right next to The Hague’s central station and has views over Haagse Bos. All the city’s places of interest as well as the Political Café and the General Assembly are within easy reach. And with a tram stop in front of the door, you’re in Scheveningen in no time to enjoy a day in the sun, a café terrace and a stroll over the pier and boulevard.
Hampshire Hotel – Babylon The Hague is situated in the centre and is easily accessible by car and train. From The Hague Central Station you have direct connections to Schiphol Airport and the large cities Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Utrecht. The hotel is also easily accessible by car: you can get to the A4 and A12 motorways within 5 minutes. There are various extra facilities for business guests: free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, 24-hour reception, express check-out, 24-hour room service, VIP programme, internet and business corner and a park opposite the hotel to relax.
ECPYouth offers you a night (Friday 2nd until Saturday 3rd) in Hampshire Hotel – Babylon The Hague for 50 euros. Please let us know in the form below if you would like to make use of this option. Extra nights are for your own. Please let us know if you are interested to book extra nights so that we can help you with that.
The Hague is easily accessible by train and plane. You can book a flight to Amsterdam (Schiphol Airport), Brussels (Zaventem), Rotterdam or Eindhoven and take the train to The Hague. Please let us know if you have any problems finding the right flight or train connection.
Please book your flights as soon as possible to avoid high travel costs. In case you would like to receive compensation for your travel costs, please contact our General Secretary Floris Wagenaar, firstname.lastname@example.org. We have some budget for that.
