Christian Changemakers [ CCM ] is designed to translate and strengthen your inner values, worldview, and visions into outer political ideas, influence and instruments. Because changemaking starts from within but needs an outward translation to become impactful. CCM will expand your intellectual, practical, spiritual, and relational horizons with the best Christian training, coaching and lectures out there. The program follows the three stages of [ 1 ] the person behind the change, [ 2 ] how to make change and [ 3 ] make that change. CCM will inspire, equip, and connect you to become the impactful Christian Changemaker you want to be by following these stages. After finishing the program, you will know your place in politics and will have the necessary tools to take that place.

INTELLECTUAL
The Bible has a lot to offer for societal values, thriving societies and societal change. Contemporary challenges in European politics requires Changemakers who are intellectually capable to operate in a diverse multicultural and polarized political environment while staying firm to Biblical values. CCM aims to substantially deepen your Biblical worldview and develop a thoughtful relational perspective necessary to confidently address the pressing concerns of nowadays society which moves your heart. The program incorporates four online modules on Biblical Foundations, The Economy, Politics, Justice and Law, and provides lectures and inspiration on Europe and the European Union throughout the program to shape your mind on how to bring change.
PRACTICAL
Changemaking in society requires the best skills to make effectively impact in politics. CCM equips you with the practical skills needed to stand firm in your political ambitions to communicate your political message with impact in a diverse multicultural and polarized environment. The program incorporates training and approaches on skills for speech, writing and debating based on Biblical thinking and Christian values. The three in-person events are designed for Changemakers to learn, develop and immediately practice communicating your political message through different types of political instruments and media. You will develop a coherent political profile, incorporating persuasive opinion-making techniques and mastering media appearances. At the end of the program, you will have the tools, skills, and attitude to talk with clarity and charity while standing your ground and will know how to make an impact with your political message within Europe.
SPIRITUAL
A [ Christian Changemaker ] is changed by the Word of God. The change from within is the cornerstone of which change in society derives. It starts with you as a person and the values, worldview, and visions you carry. CCM encourages in depth reflection to deepen the understanding of your personal and political convictions, obstacles, and fears and translate them into impactful change. The program seeks to cultivate a deeply Biblical approach to leadership reflected by a Christ-centered heart, inner Christian values, and the attitude of a servant. The Bible studies, coaching sessions and prayers are an integral part of the program designed to celebrate and strengthen your Christian character and the impact as a Changemaker to spread your political message into European politics.
RELATIONAL
Relational thinking is the basis of all impact. Change cannot happen on itself. CCM creates the environment which invites [ Changemakers ] to stand together through the ongoing networking, brainstorming, and personal support. The program offers a network of politicians, mentors and people who are making change to motivate you through the numerous dinners, mentorship opportunities, and visiting lecturers. Exchange of resources, political cooperation and inspiration are a vital part of the program. You will inevitably form long lasting relations with other Christian thinkers, professionals and changemakers from all over Europe.
TARGET GROUP.
We look for the participants whose Christian love guides them towards making fundamental changes in their respective societies. Due to the competitive nature of the program, the focus is on young professionals and students, aged 18-35, who are running for national or upcoming European elections, have an ambition to run for an office or want to work in the political sphere. Members of Member Organizations or individual members of ECPYouth are encouraged to apply, but other Changemakers are also welcome to the program.
